Magnificent location to the Tube line, accommodating staff, everything was great. We liked the convenience of the double room, as well as a work desk, coffee/tea makers and a flat-screen TV with cable channels etc. Had a varied breakfast with the omelet chef. The service was absolutely good.

Competent and genuinely professional staff made our stay enjoyable. the location is perfect, just a short walk to everywhere and super convenient for catching an early morning flight from Heathrow ✈️.

No free shuttle service as web-site implies. Mold in the shower, Towels old and thin, pillows old, carpet not clean.. Cab service booked the night before with staff late to pick up.Woould not stay again.
